Ekek
A vampiric birdlike creature from Philippine Folklore. The Ekek is a bird-like human with large wings and the ability to transform into a bird of prey or bat. These flying creatures spend the nights hunting for their favorite flesh and blood. They observe their victims for days before the attack, savoring the smell of their meals before attacking, often from the windows or hanging from the ceiling. While in their mostly human form they still have the large power beak of a bird. While they are feasting it is said you can hear a faint “ ek-ek-ek” sound. Although it may sound far away the creature may be much closer than you think.

While each color has its own specific recipe every skein is individually hand dyed and hand painted which may cause colors to vary in distribution.
If using more than one skein in a project I recommend alternating skeins.
